I started my nursing career as a nursing assistant, working in a nursing home while I went to school for my Associates degree. I received my Associates of Science in Nursing at Lincoln Memorial University in 2006 and worked as an RN at St. Mary’s on the orthopedic floor, before deciding to continue my education and earn my Bachelors and Masters of Science at East TN State University. I have been an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016, and have worked the acute care setting before coming to Be Well.

I absolutely love my profession and can’t imagine doing anything else with my life. Aside from the wonderful team at Be Well, I am also truly excited to have the opportunity to embark on a journey of health with my patients. I love being able to celebrate, even the smallest of victories with them, as they work towards a healthier, happier lifestyle.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outside, taking mini trips to the mountains with my daughter and 2 handsome boys. I also adore my sweet German Shepherd, Prince, & enjoy taking him on long walks as much as I can.
